Had to order a new motor, which they did and they got it in when they said they would. Came as scheduled and fixed repair. Same day, there was an unrelated problem and I called back and spoke with the technician(Mark) who walked me through an easy fix. He would have came back that evening if I needed him to, but so far, so good. I would definitely use them again.
